Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy and Justin Bieber‘s past drug of choice has reportedly been removed from the market.
Atlanta rapper Future has no plans of kicking back following the release of his new Honest solo album and revealed an aim to drop another studio project this year.
(AllHipHop News) At one point in 2013, Future was on 16 different songs that charted on six different Billboard charts. The prolific songwriter is hoping to continue that bountiful hitmaking in 2014 with a planned follow-up to his recently released Honest album.
Today (April 22nd) Future released his oft-delayed sophomore album Honest. Appearing on Atlanta radio station V-103, Future explains his plans of releasing a second complete album before 2014 is finished:
I’m saving it for another album. I want to drop two entire albums this year. . We working on the next one, and I’m going to be able to put the records that didn’t make Honest on that, if it fits the album.

If Lykke Li‘s “No Rest For The Wicked” didn’t appeal to you the first time (though we doubt it), then the remix to the melodious track will have you bumping her music just as much as you listen to your favorite artist.
The Swedish songstress & Harlem’s pretty boy A$AP Rocky teamed up on the remix to her crowd-pleaser, successfully crossing genres to produce an emotional, sing-along track. Rocky is heard on the intro as he opens with spoken word, speaking on the “one who got away” because he didn’t know how to treat her. He then retreats to spit a verse while Li backs him with her original lyrics.
The “No Rest For The Wicked” Remix will reportedly not appear on Lykke’s upcoming album, I Never Learn. You can, however, listen to it below, & hear her album in its’ entirety on May 6th in the U.S. (May 5th worldwide).

Here are some new photos of Jennifer Aniston in LA, where she was filming scenes for her small indie film (and Oscar hopeful!!) Cake. She was also spotted leaving the LA set with Justin Theroux, so just FYI: they’re still making it work. I guess he’s finished filming his HBO series in New York for now? I think he’s been in LA for about a month with Jennifer, so it’s nice that they’re getting some time together after spending much of January and February apart.
As we’ve already said, Jennifer is playing a character who is dealing with chronic pain. She’s supposed to look sort of rundown and “uglied up,” which is a break from Aniston’s usual roles where she always gets to look cute and wear wedges and scarves. But here’s my question: is Jennifer wearing padding to make the character look heavier? I think she is. Either that of we need to start the millionth round of baby bump rumors. In the photos where Jennifer is (presumably) out of costume with Justin, she looks basically the same as always (the clothes are just very baggy). But in costume, filming, she looks heavier. I bet she’s wearing padding.
Several days ago, Radar claimed that Justin Theroux was getting super-involved with Jennifer’s money management. Ruh-roh!
“Justin knows exactly how much money Jennifer has right now, and he’s actively trying to help her double it, and turn her into a shrewder businesswoman,” an insider told Radar.
This is likely the ultimate precursor to a marriage between the pair, who have said they’re planning to tie the knot at some point. According to the insider, Aniston’s ex-husband, Brad Pitt, wanted as little as possible to do with Jen’s business life “because he was always afraid that if he gave her bad advice, he would be blamed for it. “ However, that’s not the case with her current beau.
“Justin is regularly pitching ideas for how Jen can expand her business empire,” the source told Radar. “They’re working on projects that they can collaborate on and which can make them both a lot of money.”
Known for her Aveeno and Smartwater endorsement deals, the source said Theroux is pushing to increase her already substantial fortune, and she’s on board with the plan.
“That’s Justin’s goal, and Jen is ‘letting him’ get ambitious about this.”
Love and money are usually a toxic mix. And to give Jennifer some credit, with or without Justin, she’s always been good with her money and good at making smart business decisions. She’s richer than most A-list women in Hollywood. Which is why Justin needs to shut his pretty mouth, take off his shirt and bring his sugar mama another margarita. “Don’t worry your pretty head over it,” Jennifer whispered to Justin as she chucked a Rolex at him. “Mama will take care of you no matter what.”

Holy Karon, the unspoken, avoided king of the Baltimore underground. Perhaps avoided in discussion due to demonic prominent references in his lyricism and ego, perhaps his music video’s of climbing on gravestones like monkey bars at the playground, or perhaps, for lack of better words, his fearful methodology. Thriving in an area least discussed but often most deviant, Holy Karon resides in the city of Baltimore, on a block that The Wire was filmed on. Karon disclosed to me how people see no way out where he’s from, which alludes to any work being put to vein. He discusses how, “there’s not a lot to do here but die”, in a land of no opportunity. Ironic. But how could one not be discouraged in a city where the people drop like flies? With the passing of his brother via gunshot not long ago (R.I.P. Rell), Karon is a first-hand, yellow tape example.
“I need no orange apparel, where we go is death row.” – Holy Karon, “Murderous Tendencies”
With lyrics bullet riddled with hatred, dismay, apparent anger, and great lyricism, Karon is a rarity birthing from a city of significant poverty and distress, where not many voices are heard. In drug-infested, crime ridden communities, voices often get muffled, muzzled, or even silenced before story could be told, but Karon continues to work, despite an awfully discourading setting.
Karon represents death, suffering, violence, Baltimore, deviance, but most of all, promise.
Listen to and watch the visuals for his track, “Life’s Grim” below, that encompasses his highly opinionated rap style as a whole, and embodies what Karon is all about.
“If God’s real, he needs to beg me for forgiveness.”

The Toronto Raptors came back roaring after losing Game 1 to the visiting Brooklyn Nets. Assisted by Demar Derozan‘s 30 points and Jonas Valanciunas second consecutive playoff double-double, the Raptors were able to pull out the post-season win on their home floor. Valanciunas dropped 15 points along with landing 14 rebounds. After 2 points and 3 rebounds in the Game 1 loss, Amir Johnson stepped up, almost recording a double-double, Johnson finished with 16 points and 9 rebounds.
Don’t put your money on the Raptors just yet. The Nets showed real promise in Game 2. Joe Johnson provided another solid performance, the Nets guard led the team in scoring with 18 points. The long time OG Kevin Garnett drained five of his six shots and finished with 13 points. If the Nets’ star player, Deron Williams, would have shot the ball better this could have been a completely different story. Making only five of his fifteen attempted field goals, the Nets star finished with only 15 points.
There has been a lot of controversy surrounding this series ever since the Raptors GM threw obscenities towards the Brooklyn team during a pep rally. Look for the action to only heat up as the series travels into Brooklyn for game 3. You can catch Game 3 on this Friday at 7 PM on ESPN 2.

After suffering a crushing upset by the Atlanta Hawks in Game 1, the Indiana Pacers suited up to defend their home court in Game 2. The Pacers came into the game with a vengeance, Paul George dropped 27 points while pulling in 10 boards. If the Pacers’ stud can continue producing double-doubles, he should have no problem securing this series for his squad. A Pacers guard that often receives criticism for his skills on the defensive side of the ball came in clutch for the Indiana team. George Hill scored all 15 of his points in the second half, helping give the Pacers an extra push to beat the Hawks 101-85.
Paul George had his hands full tonight, dealing with Hawks powerhouses Jeff Teague and Paul Millsap. The Pacers did a substantially better job defending these two, Millsap finished with 19, while Teague only managed to put 14 points on the board. The first half of this game looked identical to the upset of Game 1. The Pacers made the proper adjustments at halftime and came out for a 31-13 run in the third quarter to secure the lead for Indiana.
This series makes it way to Atlanta for Game 3 this week. The Hawks look to take a 2-1 series lead at home while the number 1 seed Pacers look to play at the level they found in Game 2. Be sure to watch the Pacers and Hawks battle it out on Thursday at 7 pm on TNT.
After a victory in game 1 , the Washington Wizards returned to the United Center to face Defensive Player of the Year Joakim Noah and the Chicago Bulls. The Wizards started out strong with a 17 point lead in the first quarter. Chicago’s offense kicked in to take the control of the lead, and would soon collapse again in the fourth quarter, allowing the Wizards to come back and send the game into overtime where the Washington would eventually win 101-99. The Wizards was led by second year shooting guard Bradley Beal who scored 26 points after a disappointing performance in game one.
The Chicago Bulls had great production from the bench with DJ Augustin and Taj Gibson scoring a combined 47 points. The contribution of both Augustin and Gibson, paired with Joakim Noah’s 20 point 12 rebound outing was not enough to lead the team to victory. The Chicago Bulls will head to the Verizon Center down 2-0, where they will have to find a way to match the Washington Wizards and their offensive production. You can catch game 3 this Friday at 8 pm (EST) on ESPN.

Kevin Clash was a young black man from the projects of Baltimore who only had one dream: To work in children’s television like his hero Captain Kangaroo. Through hard work, dedication and talent, he found himself working for Sesame Street Workshop and soon turned a puppet nobody knew what to do with into the most popular children’s character of our generation. A character that to any child from almost as soon as they can see until three-years-old is like staring into the face of God every single morning on their television screens. But then in 2012, the world learned what only a few of Kevin’s close friends and colleagues knew: He’s gay. But instead of finding out from an inspiring coming out story, they learned from one Sheldon Stephens who claimed he had an underage relationship with Kevin. While this turned out to be bullshit, Kevin made the unfortunate mistake of paying Sheldon to publicly state his accusations were false instead of just disappearing into the woodwork after his lawyer quit leaving this story up in the air. This prompted three other accusers to come forward after suddenly remembering they had underage sex with Kevin, too, despite repeatedly changing their stories to okay, there wasn’t sex, and lying about their ages. But the damage was already done, so to protect the beloved company that had helped realize his dreams, Kevin resigned from Sesame Workshop so he could settle these matters in court without tarnishing Sesame Street. And settle them he fucking did. Not only were all three lawsuits thrown out of court, but Radar reports that they’ve now been dismissed by the United States Court of Appeals:
The Court of Appeals argued the alleged victims “failed to provide any reason why [they] were unable to discover their injuries prior to 2012,” court documents state.
The Court of Appeals found the arguments to be “without merit,” affirming the New York judge’s previous decision to dismiss all three suits.
Sadly, in 2014, the Eloi conventional wisdom is that someone like Kevin Clash shouldn’t be working in children’s television because he’s privately attracted to young, legal gay men instead of young, legal women. Which surprisingly a lot of people who read this site felt even though I doubt their interactions with kids involve talking about the intimate details of their sexual kinks because nobody fucking does that. If they did, we’d all be explaining to kindergartners why we can draw Ireland Baldwin‘s butthole from memory. “You see, Timmy, when grown ups get bored at work, they sometimes like to look at famous people’s colons. You know what a colon is, right? It’s where your poop comes from.” Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it? Then shut your fucking traps and let Kevin Clash go back to work.

These are photos from last night’s ELLE Women in Music concert, which was light on musical talent and heavy on C-listers. Stacy Keibler chose this venue to debut her baby bump. I guess she’s in the second trimester, but she’s so tall and lean, she’s probably going to carry really small no matter what. Stacy’s cut-out bump-accentuating dress is BCBG Max Azria. Leave it to Stacy Keibler to still favor cut-outs when she’s like five months pregnant. I don’t have a big problem with the dress, it’s fine for the event. But her hair and makeup are scary. The makeup is too heavy and the hair is just a disaster.
Everybody is talking about Rumer Willis’s biscuit today, because her biscuit walked the red carpet at this event. Rumer wore this completely weird/inappropriate/put-it-away dress that came straight out of the 1980s. Note: I made a conscious choice to only use front-view photos. It’s really bad in the side view. Oh, I just realized she’s wearing pink underwear. I’m not sure if that makes it better.

Courteney Cox, 49, was on Letterman earlier this week, where she was promoting her film directorial debut, Just Before I Go. The film stars Sean William Scott, best known as Stifler from American Pie. Scott’s character is suicidal and returns home to confront his painful past. Courteney said that when Scott asked her for the part, he was so confident that it freaked her out and she asked him if he was a Scientologist. He’s not!
The first thing Letterman asked Courteney when she sat down was whether a Friends reunion would happen, and she ruled it out. Courtney explained that she couldn’t get all her former castmembers together for dinner, saying that the other women would come and maybe Matthew Perry but that Matt Leblanc canceled on her the last time and that David Schwimmer lives in NY City so he’s out. She also said the set wouldn’t translate to film, primarily Monica’s apartment. Here’s how she explained it, and a clip is below.
Holding out hope for a “Friends” reunion? Then Courteney Cox has some bad news for you.
The “Cougar Town” actress put rumors of a reunion to rest Monday during an appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman.”
“It’s not gonna happen,” Cox, 49, said.
As she pointed out, she can’t even get her former co-stars together for a meal, let alone a reunion project.
“There’s six friends and I have been trying to put together a cast dinner for 10 years,” Cox told Letterman. “It doesn’t happen. I mean, I can get the girls to come, maybe Matthew Perry. Matt LeBlanc canceled last time right at the last minute, [David] Schwimmer lives [in New York City], so it’s just not going to happen.”
Courteney told a story about how she went to Italy with her boyfriend and with her daughter Coco, nearly 10, “to meet my boyfriend’s family.” Courteney has been dating an Irish musician named Johnny McDaid, 37, who plays for Snow Patrol. They’ve been together about six months from my count and are possibly engaged. Courtney was seen wearing what looked like an engagement ring earlier this week, but we haven’t heard anything else.
Courteney is still friendly with Coco’s dad, her ex David Arquette, and even cast him in her movie. She told Letterman “We’re really close friends and we are the ‘modern family.’ My boyfriend and David are friends. I’m friends with his girlfriend, who’s pregnant. She’s going to have a baby in June. It is strange, but we’re not doing it just for Coco. We actually really like each other.” That’s nice and I get the impression that she’s just being honest.
As nice as Courteney is, I have to say something about how stiff she looks. Her face barely moved and there was something going on with her mouth. She’s admitted to wanting to look younger and it’s a shame because all this work has the opposite effect.
Here’s a clip of Courtney’s appearance on Letterman where she talks about Friends.
Here’s Courteney on 4-21 outside Letterman with her boyfriend and on 4-20 flying out of LAX. I didn’t spot a ring on Letterman but she was wearing what looked like an engagement ring at the airport. Maybe she’s not ready to announce it yet.
